Definitions:

The use of this site is covered by Fair Housing Laws and the laws governing real estate in the jurisdiction that the property is located. The laws and rules apply to the users of this site as they would to any real estate listing and owners, property managers are advised to treat the use of the site with the same honest and ethical standards as any other form of marketing, advertising or leasing.

LeaseLister.com reserves the right to refuse entry of any listing it deems inappropriate, predatory, discriminatory, or in any way in violation of local, state or federal laws. Any violation may be reported to the office of Attorney General.

Users and tenants hereby agree to hold harmless and further agree not to cause any action against LeaseLister.com, its agents, owners, vendors, contractors and/or assigns or the developer of this website.
